Job Description:
Our client is currently in the process of transitioning from Veeva to MasterControl and needs a MasterControl Admin to assist with the relative deliverables. The day-to-day activities would consist of answering questions on the migration efforts, support training activities, facilitate migration & implementation documentation, user provisioning/de-provisioning and module execution. The modules that require the most attention consists of EDMS, supplier audits, risk management and AQEM. The resource won’t be doing implementation, they will be working on the backend efforts after certain specifications are implemented in order to give personnel access, show them how to pull documents, potentially assist with SOP review/writing, etc.
5 years MINIMUM of hands-on MasterControl & working with the cloud-based solution is required for this position. Pharma/Bio experience is also required.
Expertise with combination products or auto-injector products would be deemed a bonus (not required, nice to have).
