Job Description:
Our MA based client is seeking a Sr. Manager or Associate Director level Consultant with extensive, QA GCP and Risk Management experience. The right candidate will have at least 10 years of experience and proven expertise in risk management and GCP guidelines. A successful hire will show that they are able to properly lead discussions, train internal teams on risk, and ultimately drive risk management efforts to show process improvements. They will also help develop new materials, cheat sheets, and processes for risk management for internal teams to understand and implement so they can recreate the process going forward.
They will be interacting and working cross-functionally with QA, clinical, and R&D teams as several of the client’s current procedures start in Clinical and move to Quality, which will require the candidate to understand and identify where further process improvements can be made. Must be able to drive processes as well as manage budget and timelines from a Project Management perspective.
Skills:
Risk Management, GCP is ideal, GMP will be considered, Quality Assurance, Project Management, Sr. Manager or Associate Director level, Pharma or Med Device is okay – QA Risk management is most important
Education:
B.S is ideal, however experience outweighs degree
