Job Description: Our medical device client in Mansfield needs a Lead Product Development Engineer who is outspoken, grasps terms quickly, someone who can be looked at as someone who can lead and can make technical decisions. Scope connected to one product family. Look at how it is made, with product dev team, look at existing documentation including traceability matrix, look at inputs, ensure they are up to EU MDR standards, might have to put in additional testing details to meet compliance. Know the technical details, help with test protocol preparation, need to be outspoken, not passive. If something isn’t going to work take the initiative to point out and correct issues. This person is a lead engineer. Looking for at least 5 years of experience, 10 years would be ideal. Ultrasonic vibration console is a piece of the product line. Some electro-mechanical experience is preferred.
