Job Description:
Our Medical Device client is looking for a Labeling Project Coordinator to develop, coordinate, and implement (lead) the development of new products and processes, product/process improvements, introduction/transfer of new products. They will coordinates plant activities related to Design Control for labelling and packaging, assuring that these are carried out timely, efficiently and in compliance with plant procedures and regulatory agencies. They will responsible to evaluate and assure completeness of Design Control Procedures and Design History Files for projects under his/her responsibility. Supports Product Development in the development and implementation of new product designs as per Marketing requirements and corporate strategy. Project Management experience is crucial in order to manage major labelling and packaging projects, assuring that time, cost and quality requirements are met. They will be managing the labeling change processes. They will need to support other departments in the matters of manufacturing technology and trouble shooting.
Skills:
Knowledge of labeling processes and requirements, packaging design (as per ISO11607) and Design Control applications is preferred. Strong Project management Skills is preferred. Knowledge of Project Management Tools (e.g. Microsoft Project) is preferred. Knowledge of project management, cost control, and development of guidelines, training’s, and programs is preferred.
Education:
B.S. is required. Concentration in Engineering, preferably Biomedical or Mechanical. A minimum of 0-3 years practical experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably the medical device industry.
