Job Description
Client is looking for a complaint investigator due to company growth. Will be providing direct support in writing complaint investigations. On any given month, will be assigned 15-30 complaints. Own the complaint from start to finish, including closing out or opening a CAPA. If a CAPA is opened, it will be sent to the CAPA manager for review….will not be working on any CAPA investigations. Is a combination product so prefer candidates coming from Pfizer or other companies that make combination drug delivery products. Candidates with more pharma are preferred over those with more device. Their complaints system is paper based but the end result is entered into their tracking system, QUMAS (not required)
Required Skills/ Experience
Degree preferred but experience more important.
