Description:
Our Client is looking for a Clinical Trial Budgeting professional with roughly 5 year experience developing, negotiating and executing budgets on behalf of sponsor or CRO not a site. This individual will assess protocols on what is being asked of the sites, what is required and build a budget template based on fair market value that will be streamlined with 25 different clinical sites. The budgeting consultant will also interface with people at the site level who get hundreds of these a year and negotiate on behalf of the client to get each budget signed off on. The client is starting from scratch.. no templates or protocols. They must go to each site and get the preferred terms, an understanding on how they budget a study, and build the templates for them.
