Our client is looking for a Clinical Project Manager to support the development, management, delivery and oversight of activities and processes. The CPM will be working with multifunctional teams (internal/external) to support control, and deliver existing new products to market. This candidate will be expected to lead the company’s POM and operating model for company clinical development projects which will include regulatory FDA interactions. Responsibilities also include: oversee vendor management, site selection, contracting, performance management, managing interactions with regulators such as FDA, lead and manage cross functional teams to deliver projects on time (within budget), and collaborate with manufacturer/CRO to ensure timely delivery of materials products and deadlines. Experience with MSP/Smartsheet and Gantt Chart expected. Biologic/small molecule experience will also be considered. Some travel to investigator/SIV meetings. Someone from big pharma/CRO that is risk averse would not be a good fit. Small biotech background is highly preferred as they want someone that can manage responsibilities outside of scope and help when needed.
