Job Description 

Client is looking for an Analytical QC PM for a remote contract. Must have lab experience and have worked with large groups and multiple sites.. Helping coordinate. Analytical Methods experience. Will be coordinating work across sites. Within with a 3rd party. Have the knowledge to track and understand revenue. This is not a drug developer manager. A product manager with Analytical testing experience. Be a self starter. As Project Manager- Laboratory Strategy within Pharmaceutical Services Group (PSG) Global Quality Systems, you will be plan, coordinate, and drive implementation of QC laboratory strategies to expand and optimize our network capabilities. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders from PSG and the Clinical Research Group (CRG) to manage in-sourcing of testing and other collaboration initiatives. You will set-up and supervise overall project schedule, monitor, and report the progress of project phases, achievement of milestones and communicate decision needs. Based on thorough analyses, you will facilitate the evaluation and prioritization of projects and enable the PSG leadership team to make strategic decisions. Efficiency, accuracy, and the ability to work effectively with diverse internal teams are critical to success in this job.

•Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensure resource availability and allocation
•Plan, direct, and supervise the execution of all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the project
•Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and action logs
•Organize and lead project meetings and compile project status report to stakeholders and project team to drive deliverables to schedule and develop resolutions to mitigation risks/issues.
•Engage with site and other stakeholders to gain consensus and build support for projects.
•Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
•Lead project execution to ensure standard Project Management best practices are employed
•Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
•Report and escalate to management as needed
•Perform risk management to minimize project risks
•Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and prepare reports for leadership
•Develop playbooks and training materials for implementing new business processes.
•Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
•Active participant in process improvements, providing recommendations and solutions

Required Skills/Experience 

•5-7 years project management and team leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry with proven track record in successfully leading projects from start to finish
•Previous experience in GMP analytical laboratory setting and knowledge of corresponding workflows is preferred.

•Ability to manage multiple projects and interface effectively with team members and across multiple departments & regions/countries
•Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies
•Good understanding of resource management and capacity planning – previous experience a plus
•Familiarity with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) requirements
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to twice per month for up to two weeks at a time.
•Strong familiarity with project management standards and methodologies
•Well organized with the ability to work under pressure and deliver work to highest standard
•Strong interpersonal and organizational influence skills
•Strong attention to detail, time management
•Proficiency in MS Office suite, project management tools
•Ability to lead and drive change management
•Continuous passion for process and delivery improvements
