Job description:
Our Medical Device client is currently looking for someone to assist from a bird’s eye / strategic overview with 60601 compliance for Class II Medical Devices. Experience with products similar to the DonJoy Iceman Cold Therapy or Polar Cube Water Circulating Pads will be helpful. Consultant will be assisting with overview of the 60601 compliance efforts by applying technical expertise given prior relevant experience, providing guidance on ensuring the defined the design and required design outputs. Additional responsibilities will also involve reviewing electrical/mechanical designs, safety testing protocols, test protocols and medical device protocols needed to go through 60601 compliance to facilitate with 510k filing. Proven track record with the above scope and strong working knowledge of 60601 compliance for Class II Medical Devices is required for similar products as mentioned above.
