Job Description
Our client is looking for someone to come in as an interim quality systems manager. This will be a true management role with direct reports and managing the process; less hands-on work. They will need this person to learn their current processes and come in, create a plan for how to improve them, and help educate as currently deviations are not being done properly. There will also be regular staff meetings and weekly CAPA review meetings as well as needing to lead these meetings on metrics etc. This site currently has an issue with accountability so executing and tracking KPIs, hosting periodic meetings, and staying on top of the team will be needed.
This resource should also be either CQA certified or have sufficient experience in leading front room audits and personally being the one to go through all reviews with customers and notified bodies. Generally they have 1-2 customer audits per month. There will also be periodic meetings for audit finding responses, other audits from notified bodies, etc. They will also approve change controls, CAPAs, NCRs, investigations etc and run the quality management system.
