Job Description:
- Client is looking for a contractor to come in and work with a few FTE engineers on improving the reliability on a reclosable plastic bottle (RPB) line manufacturing line. This person will be drafting protocols and assisting them in order to get them ready for a schedule plant Annual Preventative Maintenance (APM) (Sept 17th and lasts three weeks). This person will be working with approvers to get the reports approved as well. This person will also be working on a different aseptic product line with protocols as well as helping with validations
Skills:
- Understanding of Food manufacturing (Ideal) OR Pharma Manufacturing, heavy machinery / continuous 24/7 manufacturing background, understanding of equipment (cappers, fillers, Conveyors, labelers, palletizer’s, Washers etc), Quality Assurance Background
Education:
- EE, Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Degree (Experience outweighs degree), Min 4-5 years of experience.
Plus/ Nice to have:
- Aseptic Manufacturing, Food manufacturing, Quality system software experience
