Job Description:
Our client is looking for an experienced Reliability Engineer with engineering maintenance experience on industrial plants, CMMS implementation/optimization efforts, Project Management, and Preventative/Planned Maintenance Implementation. The is a 6 month project to meet a critical deadline. Project management activities will involves deployment and strategy for assets while developing a high-level timeline on meeting critical deadlines and executing deliverables. There will be heavy cross-functional collaboration involved mostly between other SME’s and OEM’s on the project.
Responsibilities will include (not limited to):
Preventive/planned maintenance, CMMS and SAP system optimizations
Spare parts management
Repair and maintenance budget facilitation
Leading Failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) efforts
Implement Predictive Maintenance Technics (Vibration analysis, Thermographic analysis and Oil analysis)
Develop project management (PM) plan for deployment and strategy for projected timelines, information needed from SME’s & OEM’s
Lead meetings and collaborate with SME’s and OEM’s for best PM plan & OEM recommendations
Skills:
At least 3 years of experience in maintenance planning
Project Management experience & thorough understanding of Project Management principles
Engineering Maintenance experience on industrial plants
Experience on CMMS Implementation / Improvement, SAP optimization
Preventative/Planned Maintenance Optimization
Implementation of Predictive Maintenance Technics (Vibration analysis, Thermographic analysis and Oil analysis)
Demonstrated problem-solving and communication skills
