Job Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Warehouse Industrial Project Manager (PM) for a 3-6 month assignment to assist with several large ongoing 2-3 year projects (one project will involve a waste water treatment plant and any prior experience will not be required but deemed helpful). The projects for our client will circulate around consumer healthcare products including packaging lines within fillers, cartoners, case packers, conveyors, mechanical electrical control or utilities, etc. The ideal candidate will come from a GMP warehouse background or has built warehouses in an industrial setting and understands appropriate corresponding documentation. It is a roughly 70.000 sq ft warehouse and about a 10 million dollar project. Understanding of general construction management of warehouse through design phases as this resource will support the design build or design phase coordinated with other departments for construction plans.
The contract will likely begin with ‘ramp-up’ deliverables by taking on an initial small project for utility upgrades to start/gain familiarity. Day-to-day activities will progress to reviewing GMP-based documentation, pricing negotiations, putting out RFP’s, sending out options with floor plans, obtaining funding, writing purchase orders, creating project schedules, developing project execution plan, negotiation scopes, managing staff members, and other documentation activities.
Excellent communication skills in cross-functional collaborative team environments is required. Must work well & communicate effectively with others.

Pharmaceutical FDA GMP regulation knowledge (industrial warehouse construction OK)
