Job Description:
Our client is looking for 2 Existing Building Project Managers for a 24 month assignment for construction projects. These are all GMP focused and involves a mix of projects in size and scope. Will be managing several different projects at once, from start to finish. All these projects involved existing buildings with various renovations. Managing the construction, design, engineering, trades, utilities, facilities, etc. Work from proposal funding requests to validation and close out. Responsible for design, construction, validation and close out.
Looking for 5-10 plus years of construction project management with a focus on gmp. FDA experience preferred but can be different industries including consumer products or food/beverage. Experience as a Project Manager with proposal writing, funding requests, engineering, construction, validation and close out. Degree preferred but experience more important.
