Job Description:
Our client is currently seeking 4 Project Managers with a Risk Assessment background to assist with the planning, execution, and oversight of pharmaceutical projects from concept to commercialization. This includes developing project plans, managing budgets and schedules, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of risk assessment principles, pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and quality risks, as well as experience with project management tools and techniques.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
Identify and mitigate risks
Track project progress and report to stakeholders
Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Provide strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills along with excellent organizational and communication skills
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in pharmaceutical project management
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and quality risks
Proficiency in MS Office, MS Projects (preferred), and other project management tools
Skills and Experience:
Experience with risk assessment tools (e.g. FMEA, FTA, Pareto analysis, HAZOP, HACCP)
Project Management or quality or manufacturing background
Ability to engage all levels of the organization
Proven experience working and leading in a matrix environment
Ability to lead with influence
Able to manage shifting priorities to meet critical deadlines
Change management
Bonus/Nice to have (not required):
MS Projects, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical science, engineering, or a related field (experience outweighs degree)
