True greenfield project – this Engineering Design lead would be responsible for building civil/ architectural and site prep – turnkey experience a plus. MEP/ CSA Experience managing EPCM design deliverables, sign off and approvals GMP
Contractor Tasks and Responsibilities:
would prepare cost and schedule estimates for funding requests, would be responsible for managing EPCM design deliverables.
Skill, Experience Level, & “other” Background Requirements:
Greenfield exp required, GMP, turnkey experience, MEP/CSA, EPCM design experience along with sign off and approval experience
