Large New building / Facility – Gene & Cell Therapy for end client. This PM would be responsible for Shell of the building
The consultant will have managerial responsibilities as well as be involved with technical aspects of building a GMP facility, have experience with client facing builds/projects. will have understanding of detailed workflow of projects of this size (80m) for the shell. (350m for the whole project) be involved in the design deliverables, review potential vendors, hands on running project through the appropriation phase. Understand turnkey operations.
