Job Description
Our pharmaceutical client is looking for a process engineer with at least 3-5 years of experience to come onsite and help with the day-to-day operations. This resource should have experience in either active production support and/or process development around vial washers, fillers, along with other equipment. Day to day tasks will consist of troubleshooting problems on the production equipment from a process standpoint. A good portion of the work will also consist of collecting data while observing on the floor, writing, reviewing/approving, and executing protocols, and being hands-on on the floor. They will be working with a group of 4-5 other process engineers and working cross functionally with validation, automation, operations, and maintenance groups. The right candidate will need to be comfortable discussing data and findings to senior management and presenting a path forward.
