Job Description:
Client is expanding into a new leased warehouse and needs a PM with experience to help run the project. Currently it is a 60k sq ft space that is an empty shell- utilities running into the building but not throughout. This person ideally has experience with setting up a warehouse, clean utilities, and at least 10+ years’ experience as a PM in a GMP setting.
