Job Description:
A Black Diamond client is seeking a Quality Engineer for a 6+ month contract. The Quality Engineer will help create Control Plans, and this individual must have an understanding of MSA (i.e. – GR&R) requirements, as well as the ability to understand and process data for Capability Studies. The Quality Engineer should be proficient in report writing (e.g. – technical writing skills, translating data for customer interpretation and understanding). This person will be working directly with shop floor personnel, therefore they should possess a general understanding of a manufacturing environment that is predominantly CNC Machines, and also includes finishing/laser marking/Inspection/Clean & Package.
Required Experience:
- 5-10 years of related experience
- Experience within the Medical Device industry
- Familiarity with statistical processing & validations is a bonus, but not a must have
