Description:
Our client is looking for a QA Manager with 5-10 years of experience to come and help get Quality System Processes across the finish line before they start producing their first client’s batch. The hiring manager described this QA Manager as a “jack of all trades” within QA. The right candidate will be instrumental in ensuring site is compliant with Regulations, ISO Standards, and organizational SOPs. They will also be key in championing and developing the organization’s Quality mindset, as well as providing support with identifying and closing operational and Quality gaps.
Must have experience with:
- QA release of raw materials/compounds
- Review of Batch Records and other documentation in support of final product disposition
- QC Lab data review
- Collaborate with Manufacturing/Operations team and lead or provide support with investigations to resolve equipment and process related deviations.
- Utilize various paper and automated systems (eDMS, SCADA, BMS, CMMS, LIMS, lab instrument software, etc.) to ensure data integrity for site policies, procedures, and batch records.
