Job Description:
Our client is looking for a 10+ year Tech Transfer Project Manager with extensive mAbs / Biologics experience for a 12 month assignment who can provide global leadership for a technical transfer of monoclonal antibody fill and finish activities from the client’s internal site to an external CMO. Tech Transfer Project Manager will act as project manager for the technical manufacturing and analytical method transfer and act as a subject matter expert on areas of aseptic manufacturing (mAbs fill and finish, thawing, cold storage, Etc). The Project leader will also be responsible for working with stakeholders to ensure timely and robust (re) launches of products of the dedicated receiving site.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Lead the product Technology Transfer in support of strategic network decisions.
- Coordinates all activities from process and analytical method transfer until launching to the market.
- Provide technical support and project leadership of Technology Transfers. Including championing the resolution of technical issues associated with transferred products; assisting in the identification of root causes, developing recommendations and supporting implementation efforts.
- Develop, maintain and follow-up on project plan for technical transfer of mAbs Fill & Finish
- Ensure project status is maintained in the PMO database and is communicated on regular basis to leadership and stakeholders
- Aligns with Capital expansion project leads
- Work with other team leaders on sharing of technical knowledge across the network and encourage others to share knowledge.
- Manage appropriate and timely communicate on objectives and priorities within the project teams and to stakeholders
Education:
BS or Master’s degree in microbiology, pharmacy or bio science engineering or associated scientific discipline
