Job Description:
Our client is seeking an 8+ year R&D Project Manager with an extremely well versed background in all aspect in Project Management. This professional initial responsibility will be to spear head 1-2 NPD Diagnostic Projects. The PM will lead in the implementation of Project Management best practices and process improvement initiatives develop & maintain project plans, estimates, schedules and budgets. They will also ensures open and clear communication within project team & with project stakeholders and act as liaison between technical team and project stakeholders by understanding and communicating technical-business trade-offs
Additional Responsibilities:
Ensure project adherence to Program Management Organization & Quality Management System (QMS)
Lead cross-functional projects from inception to manufacturing transfer through stable production (~3 months post launch)
Document & actively manage project requirements, including project scope definition and stakeholder alignment/approval
Provide project updates to various levels of the organization
Drive project reviews and regular project meetings
Manage meeting minutes, proactively manage actions and issues
Serves as a moderator to resolve issues within the team
Actively manage any external parties involved with the project
Completes & ensures accurate project reports are completed
Manage and project issues and risks
