Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Senior Program Manager for a Global Enterprise management project. This PM will be responsible for coordinating with a dozen cross functional groups and ensuring timelines, budgets, and QA compliance are met in accordance with the project map. Key stakeholders and C suite executives will be intimately involved; requiring organized lines of communication and updates. Our client has a building being used as a warehouse for 4 different manufacturing and component facilities which will house shelving, cold storage, etc. They use SAP and QAD as their main ERP systems to manage inventory flow in and out of the warehouse. Part of the process the right candidate will manage is understanding the trends of inventory flows to ensure a proper 5 year plan and recommendations to manage warehouse space and increase if needed. Qualified candidates will have a strong background working with ERP systems and intimate knowledge of supply chain and logistics activities. Due to the multi-level scale of this project, this PM will be required to work onsite to coordinate with the cross functional groups. This candidate is not expected to be in the weeds but they will be expected to manage the cross functional team to hit deadlines, be able to ask the right questions to identify roadblocks before they occur, and escalate issues accordingly to ensure this project finishes on time and on budget.
