Location: Hybrid, 3 days onsite every other week (Tuesday-Thursday) in Skillman, NJ.

Job Description: Client is looking for a contracted specialist to assist with the following:
1. Have 27 SOX applications – those need to be monitored and periodically reviewed to be SOX-ready. Have knowledge of internal audit review of SOX systems and applications and internal controls that need to be reviewed. Will guide the team to know what key controls to look at.
2. They are developing new systems, so this function will provide guidance to multiple project teams – compliance requirements, deliverables, considerations for SOX vs. GMP systems, what do they need to know from an SDLC perspective so that it’s good enough. Some user testing that will be performed, how to write user stories, how user test scripts should look like – and what good documentation evidence looks like for full traceability. This is why it requires SDLC and GxP knowledge.
3. Responsible for periodic reviews, so the checks that the controls are still in place and effective, and that the teams are monitoring the controls and reporting gaps. Any remediations have been completed in a timely manner.
4. There are multiple suppliers that monitor and provision in the systems. These multiple vendors’ contracts need to be periodically-reviewed to make sure they have met compliance requirements and performance targets.

Education: Experience outweighs degree.
