Location: MA – 2-3 days onsite per week
Job Description: Our MA client is looking for a Quality Oversight of Tech Transfer consultant with at least 5-7 years of experience to come in and support the tech transfers from a quality standpoint. This person will be filling in for the Associate Director while she is out on leave, so any director level experience would be a plus. Day to day is going to be very cross functional and collaborative as there will be a lot of meetings to sit in with the internal and external core teams (strategy meetings, detail mapping, ad hoc meetings for mapping, lots of problem solving, etc.) They are in the clinical stage, so it is important that this resource is able to identify when they are taking on too much risk (depending on the current phase of the program). This resource will also be heavily working with batch records as well, they are currently paper based but are working to make the transition to electronic systems. They are currently using Apprentice, so any experience with that would be a plus. Ideally, this resource would come from a background in Cell/Gene therapy, but minimally should have experience with Viral Vectors.
