Job Description: Description for PM (1 FTE):

  • Manage the overall planning, execution and delivery for an Operating Model Transformation / Re-Org Project.
  • Create project plan and drive milestones and continuously communicate project roadmaps/timelines to stakeholders
  • Coordinate and monitor day-to-day tasks and agile workflows of the project team
  • Identify and gather data and context necessary for project execution
  • Lead backlog / issue / risk sessions with the team to prioritize tasks
  • Manage stakeholder requests and expectations; provide updates to project team and stakeholders
  • Define scope, build, and maintain a project timeline, identify risk and drive mitigation plans.
  • Prepare reports and/or presentations that communicate project progress, deliverables, timelines, risks and mitigation plans for Senior Leadership and other business areas.
  • Ensure cross functional alignment to the project’s deliverables and ensure clear understanding of goals and objectives.
  • Drive accountability with the project team of senior leaders to ensure the activities and actions align to the projects goal and intent.

Qualifications for PM

  • Need 7+ years of project management experience, specifically with agile implementations.
  • Understanding of business needs specific to the areas of compliance, quality, continuous improvement, & manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to drive execution and influence senior leaders
  • Communicate project updates across varying levels of stakeholders & leadership including: Executive summaries and critical path timelines.
  • Experience with managing complex projects; Must be very organized, ideally utilizing tools from PMP, Six Sigma, Aha! or Agile.
  • Independent Self-Starter ; Must be able to autonomously lead and execute independently with minimal supervision.
  • Critical thinker, comfortable with asking probing questions for clarity and understanding
  • Experience leading others without direct supervisory duties, and effectively hold others accountable.
  • Agile or Six Sigma certification preferred.
