Job Description:
Medical device client in greater Boston is looking for a Test Method Validation Consultant that has extensive experience developing test methods, validating them and documenting them. Looking for someone that can Write Test Protocols who will be self sufficient, design test method, use CAD when required that can handle Destructive Gage R&R (Instron Machine). The client is working on a Diabetes Care Class II device. Exact product experience not required but would like someone with Class II or III. The products are disposables so preference is for previous disposables experience verses capital or console experience. Senior level engineer to come in and look at product, develop test fixtures (if they have that experience) on Solidworks (required). Types of test fixtures includes tensiometers and leak testers. These are wearable medical devices, electromechanical systems. Candidates should come from a mechanical background.
