Job Description:
Client is bringing in a new MasterControl electronic batch record system. They have a launch expected in Q1. The ideal candidate will have experience with transitioning from paper-based systems to Electronic Batch Record systems. Will be interfacing with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing and Operators to help build out the process for the new system. This person will be the primary driver of this process. They do NOT want someone that just reviewed documentation, but someone who has BUILT out an EBR process. This person will need to have experience being on the floor manufacturing or an engineer to build processes seeing it as an engineering role to understand how the process works and set up the process for success.
This individual will build electronic batch records (Mastercontrol onsite week of oct 21st). From there they will be working on other processes, taking paper batch records making templates in mastercontrol, creating change controls, redlining procedures, doing dry runs, giving feedback, making edits, etc.
Skills Needed:
- Electronic batch record systems (EBR), Quality Systems, Built processes, Paper-based experience, 5-10+ years of experience in Manufacturing / Engineering
Plus:
- MasterControl (this is ideal but other Electronic Batch record Systems are good
