Bioinformatics Analyst
General Location: Remote. being able to visit NJ is preferred

Project Description:
Clinical Trial experience in Bioinformatics to evaluate large-scale datasets, dataviz, transcriptome, genomics, proteomics, mathematical modeling and programming.
Skill, Experience Level, & “other” Background Requirements:
Must have experience (MS level) with large scale data, proteomics, transcriptome, single-cell sequencing, mathematical and statistical modeling and analysis. Fluency with R and/or Python required, as well as GitHub and cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS). Bulk RNA-seq is a must-have.
