Client produces a combination product that is electromechanical with software. Will be moving an existing line at one facility to another location in same general area. This is not a simple copy/paste transfer but will have inflight changes. Working on a state of the art DHF and get it transferred to the new site including ongoing gap assessment of changes that are in process. Responsible for doing a DHF deep dive with connecting points of drawings, specifications, qualification of supply chain and manufacturing documents to get the new line established. Some optimization changes from current line to new line. The new line is being established and there are some changes in parallel, managing several tasks at once. Will also be involved in process engineering and equipment launch at the new site. Complete system verification and initial build validation for the manufacturing process.
Required Experience/Skills
Must have a strong design quality background and have worked on product transfers. DHF expertise and manufacturing. Must have experience with design transfers and process engineering. Experience with equipment launch and validation. Background organizing projects but very hands on functions. 10-15 plus years experience.
