Job Description:
Our client is looking for 21 Aseptic Coaches to provide aseptic manufacturing oversight for remediation.
Contractors must be comfortable gowning, cleaning, sterilization, and critical process related to aseptic filling needs to have oversight provided.
75% on the floor observing the manufacturing process. Contractors will be filling out forms for observations that are performed. Contractors must be comfortable with real time coaching “If you see something not following best aseptic technique, they need to be comfortable to coach what the right thing to do is and why it is the ring way.” This is meant to educate folks on the manufacturing floor to fully understand the theory on what they do and why they do it. This will involve to facilities and need individuals who can come in and hit the ground running.
25% documentation, procedures
Experience: 7-8 years Aseptic Manufacturing/Quality Oversight
Skills: Aseptic techniques, aseptic processing/manufacturing, gowning experience for Grade A/B Space, quality oversight of manufacturing.
