Position: Analytical Development Scientist
Location: Onsite Alameda, CA

Job Description: Our client is seeking a Senior Scientist for Analytical Method Development bench work. This will be an onsite project supporting laboratory activities related to clinical drug substance and drug product programs. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands on lab experience in addition to proficiency with HPLC/UPLC, FTIR, KF,PSD, and Dissolution techniques. Review and data analysis of stability studies, analytical tests, and other lab studies are going to be critical for this project as well.
Skills:
Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and effectively complete all expected deliverables in a timely manner.
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and FDA/ICH Guidelines as they apply to stability.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Must have strong organizational skills and be detail oriented.
Demonstrate ability to take initiative and work independently.
Education:
BS/BA degree in Analytical Chemistry or related Sciences and five years of related experience
OR
MS/MA degree in Analytical Chemistry or related Sciences and three years of related experience
