As an entry-level recruiter or sales representative in our vibrant, collaborative workplace, you’ll be working to place skilled life sciences, engineering, and technology professionals in consulting roles. Leading global businesses rely on a steady flow of STEM innovators to discover and engineer the cures and technologies that change the world. As a BDN recruiter or sales pro, you will be connecting those gifted problem solvers with the businesses that need them.
Engage with companies and consultants who operate in the research, development, and manufacturing of medicines, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, biomedical tech, and other products that improve lives.
Bring together companies and consultants working in environmental, mechanical, electrical, chemical, civil, aerospace, and biomedical engineering.
What's Work Like?

As an entry-level recruiter, you will:
- Creatively and resourcefully recruit senior
consultants / contractors
- Build a strong base of highly qualified
consultants / contractors
- Effectively nurture and grow long-term
relationships with consultants
- Track and gather employment market
intelligence using CRM tools and social media
- Partner closely with sales to fill open positions
- Negotiate consultant pay rates
As an entry-level sales account executive, you will:
- Generate new business through cold calling, lead generation, prospecting, etc.
- Develop, maintain, and close new business opportunities
- Nurture and grow long-term relationships with new clients
- Track and gather market and business intelligence using CRM tools and social media
- Identify and execute on existing client growth opportunities
- Effectively negotiate client contract terms
- Partner closely with recruiters to fill open positions

Salary Range For Entry-level Recruiting Jobs & Sales Roles
Earn $90,000+ in just your first year
With base salary plus our uncapped commission potential, earnings for our entry-level team members range from $80,000-$92,000.
