Client is in need of a Complaint Handling Consultant with strong investigation skills, great writing skills, experience looking at trends, root cause analysis, as well as CAPA development. Client receives anywhere from 3-15 complaints a month, but they also have a backlog of complaints they're working on that need to be closed out.
- Work with multiple departments with multiple levels of staff
- Change Control is a plus
- Great writing and people skills
